Prices are based on 2 people per room (4 people in the Cottage). Extra guests with prior permission are charged $25 per night. Extra guests without prior permission will be charged $100, and may result in loss of reservation. Maximum occupancies: Studios #1, #3, and the Cottage each have a queen size futon sleeper, and the maximum occupancy is 4 people (6 in the Cottage). Studios #2 and #4 each have a full size futon sleeper, and the maximum occupancy is 3 people.
Please call for special events rates and minimums. We
ask for the first night's rent (or 25% of the total) as a
deposit. Deposits are refundable minus a $25 cancellation
fee as long as cancellations are made 30 days ahead (60 days for
groups, holidays or special events). Please
